NoliX — Smart Home IoT

NoliX is the app a house full of connected hardware reports into. Five device families sit behind one dashboard — DripX watching for water leaks, PipeX for the health of the pipes carrying it, PoolX keeping a pool in condition, DustX tracking the air in the rooms, and TrapX covering the spaces that need watching — and each one is paired, named and managed from inside the same app rather than from five of its own.

Monitoring runs whether anyone is looking or not. Telemetry arrives continuously and an alert is pushed the moment a device sees something wrong — a leak starting, a reading drifting out of range — instead of waiting for the owner to open the app and notice. Predictive models read the same stream for the patterns that come before a failure, so a problem can be raised while it is still small enough to be cheap.

The analytics turn those readings into something a household can act on: how much water is being used and where it goes, what the air has been like, how each device has behaved over time. Seeing consumption is what makes reducing it possible, which is where the sustainability case for the system actually comes from — it falls out of the monitoring rather than sitting beside it.
