AI-Assisted Concierge Service App

The mobile client for a private household-management service: members get a dedicated human concierge who runs their week, assisted by a task-planning AI agent. The app shares its backend and business logic with a web client, so everything it reads and writes stays in step with the office side of the service.

Three personas share one app and the signed-in role decides which shell you land in. Members see their tasks, schedule, concierge and messages. Linked family members see the same for the person they care for, with billing access granted per person. Concierges work the AI-built daily and weekly plan, approve it or ask it to re-plan, and manage their assigned households and their members. Admin accounts are web-only and are refused at the door rather than dropped into the wrong shell.

Session handling is built for the real world: JWT access and refresh tokens live in secure storage, a 401 spends the refresh token and replays the request once before signing out, biometric sign-in is offered when the device has an enrolled biometric, and two-factor verification runs when the account has it on.
